Parcel status stuck at 'Arrived at sorting center, United States' for 24 days

My parcel's tracking number is AS659756136CN. The status has been stuck at 'Arrived at sorting center, United States' for 24 days now (since May 25, 2020). It never made it to the next step, 'Handed over to customs'. Who do I contact to start an inquiry? I would think far more than enough time has passed now for an update in status. Thanks

Hi DerekS,

To my experience, there is no update for it because there is problem for the address. USPS should be in charge of delivering it to you but they havn't got it. You'd better contact the seller to reflect the problem and give you a solution as soon as possible.
