Parcel status stops at handling center for 2 wks

I have a parcel shipping from China to Australia, the parcel is still in Shenyang and it's been stopped for 2 weeks without processed which normally it should be on the boat by now. I've tried call the customer service and online service but only got same response that "someone will contact you asap." Anyways I've been trying for 7 days in a row but still no update on the tracking CP430895136CN. Anything else I could do? I just want to receive the parcel!

Hi Daisy,
Thanks for the reply. The problem is the parcel is not even on the sea yet; it's still in the domestic processing center waiting to be sent to the international mail processing facility. I've heard that normally people get a reply the next day after they lodge the inquiry but it's been 14 days already. I could understand if it's stuck at the Custom, but it's just sitting there at the DOMESTIC processing center. It's not right.

It's sent by a slow way of China Post. China Post doesn't provide full tracking service for it. You may couldn't get update now. To my experience, it usually takes about 60-90 days to be delivered. If you couldn't receive it in time, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.
