my parcel has been sitting on Airline departure for almost 7 days and I was just wondering how much longer should i wait? it is a package from China to USA west coast tracking number : EB793776439CN

I had a package sent to me on April 14th, through China EMS. It was collected on the 15th and despatched to the UK on the 17th, however the tracking site I was provided with and my local couriers tracking both have no updated since. I thought EMS was usually quicker than this and I looked it up to read that EMS from China to the UK usually takes 7-20 days, but my tracking has not updated in a month.
I found tracking websites that share more detailed information however this is what I get:

Why has its flight departed so many times? What does this mean. Should I be concerned about my parcel yet?? Or is taking this long normal for EMS

My package has been stuck in flight departure for over a month now without any updates
