Parcel sitting in processing center for 2 months

Hi
When tracking an item i ordered in October it says it arrived in Australia at the Arrival parcel processing center from China on December 9th, 2019 and it is still saying the same thing 2 months later. How can i contact the center as these were xmas presents for my children?

If it's alareay in Austrlia, the parcel will be delivered by Australia Post. You can contact Australia Post to check it.
