My package arrived at customs in Chengdu, Sichuan on 4th December. It shows as 'awaiting duty payment' however I have not received any messages requesting the payment. It is now 6th December. I want to pay the duty and receive the item, but how can I pay the duty without receiving a message?

How long will it take to receive a message requesting the payment? Is there a way to pay the duty without receiving a message from customs first?

Hello, I Have made an return to china from sweden. The item is now stuck in china and ”Waiting for duty payment”. Unfortaintly I dont think the company Will pay this. Can I pay the duty for them? I just want everything to be solved so that my invoice at Klarna can be cancelled..
