Hi my parcel stuck since 11 april. May i know what happen and why? May i know when can i received my parcel?

Hi Anna,

It's normal for it to be stuck for some days. Due to the coronavirus situation in Guangdong, packages are processed slowly. You need to wait for more days to get update.
