Hi, I’ve sent a parcel from Fukuoka, Hakata post office on 11 December 2024 (EN357239493JP). The last status of the parcel was stuck at customs on Dec 17 14:25 Handling office（CHINA). It hasn’t been delivered to destination 江苏省 徐州市 新沂市 阿湖镇. Why is it taking so long? The address and recipient phone number are indicated on the parcel. Please let me know if there’s any problem or issues via my email provided. Please do not send it back to Japan as I am not there anymore. I was only in Fukuoka for holiday and I am now back in Singapore.
