Parcel says received but it hasn't been

Can you please let me know where my parcel is. the tracking number is AS750093663CN. it says it has been delivered, but it never was.

I posted a parcel from the uk via international track and trace - ref number RY273183747GB i have checked the tracking number and it has reached china but hasnt been updated in 2 weeks, please can you help? Royal Mail state it should be delivered within 5-7 working days.
