Parcel says out for delivery but has pick up symbol

My parcel delivered by China Post states it was out for delivery 2 days ago but the picture symbol says the parcel needs to be picked up. It also doesnt tell me where I need to pick it up from or what local courier they’re using so how do I get my parcel? Thank you

Hi,
I would like to know if it's possible to register as an international customer with China Post to pay for parcel pick-up service in China?
Example of operation:
We would ask our vendors in China to contact China Post when the parcel is ready for pick-up, providing our unique customer identification and account number. This service could be matched here in Canada Post to complete the parcel delivery chain. A reciprocal public pick-up / delivery service could be organised in Canada and elsewhere in the world.
