Hi, wanted to know why my parcel says not delivered ? And how I could get them cheers

AT107663885CN is my tracking number. 17Track said my parcel was delivered, it wasn't. I live in an apartment, there is no where to leave, any parcel. I get parcels delivered, they either call, or leave a delivery notice. Nothing was left, no neighbors who delivered my parcel. Thank you MaryAnn Zamko
