Parcel RY279455077GB stuck in customs for 82 days

Hi,
My parcel (RY279455077GB) was sent from the UK on 27th Oct 2022 and arrived in Chinese customs on 11th Nov 2022. The tracking information shows that it is still in customs after 82 days. I understand that Covid lockdowns have delayed post but this is now nearly 3 months. When do I assume that it is lost?

It should be waiting for the receiver in China to declare to the customs now. You'd better contact the receiver in China to ask if he has received the notice from the customs. If no, let him check through authorized tax collection system (http://int.ems.com.cn/mailtax) to check or call China customs service number 12360 to check.
