Parcel returned to Shanghai Luwan !!

Dear,
My parcel number is CP342456386CN
Send on 22/11/2017 From Shanghai Luwan Post Office to France.
I checked the tracking system and it seems that the parcel was resent back to Shanghai Luwan post office !!
Why ?
What happens ?

Hi Jean-Luc,

Tracking information shows there is no one to pick it up when it arrives in the destination country. So, it's returned back. You'd better contact the sender to deliver again.
