Parcel returned back but not reached sender (RH302728165CN)

Hi,
Can you please track and trace our parcel having tracking Id RH302728165CN. It reached Meilong Branch in Shenzhen on 18th May but we dont have any further update on this.
Also, please tell us what does "2016-05-18 14:53 Meilong Branch has Tuotou" mean?
How can we contact this Meilong branch to deliver our parcel to our sender. We dont know Chinese.

The tracking system shows the parcel was in India, KOLKATA FOREIGN LCAO on 2016-05-10 17:48 but not sure why it left there and return to China on 2016-05-12 11:32. In general, the reasons may one of the following:
Item refused by addressee; incorrect / illegible / incomplete address; expired retention period; addressee absence; etc.
