Hi sungoskate,

It was received by airline on March 13 and usually takes about 20-40 days to have update showing it arrives in Singapore after it was received by airline. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.

Hi. We have two parcels arriving from the same supplier; these were sent together. Tracking shows them as being in the same locations/times along the way [eg travelling together]. On 9-Sept both were 'Handed over to Airlines'. Now, parcel [EV931430469CN] has been in our country for three days - with delivery today [. The other package is still showing as 'Handed over to Airlines - 9th Sept' [Guangzhou, China]. We're thinking it's been lost. The tracking number is; EV931539205CN. Can you please advise.
