Hi, I placed an order on the 15th of January and the estimated delivery time was 28 January to 4th of February, I still haven't received my order and tracking tells me that it has been stuck in London for 11 days. I had another order that I placed after this one, and I already received it. Is this package lost? What can I do to get it? My order number is GSHMBK000000CWE

I have 3 packages: RV555196464CN, RV558235839CN, RV561880315CN. All of them can be tracked, but "in transit " from 04/01!! Please can you update where are? I need this by end May.
You'd better wait for more days to get update. It should be delayed.
