Parcel not updated after landing in country of destination

Hello there,

My package has landed on the 5th of april in the destination but as of today I still havent gotten an update. Is it normal that it takes that long since plane arrival? Is there a certain estimate on when my package is being delivered? How do I know if my package is stuck in customs?
