But the tracking result shows the delivery was failed on that day. They may failed to connect you by calling. You'd better call 11185 which is the service number of China Post to ask them send again. Better let one of your Chinese friends to call for you if you couldn't speak Chinese.

The package has been in Shenzhen Henggang since July 16th. The tracking system shows they have tried to deliver it for several times but failed. You'd better contact China Post by calling 11185 soon to ask where it is now and pick it up by yourself. Or it will be returned back to USA several days later.

If they couldn't reach within three months, that may be lost. You'd better ask for refund 15 days in advance. That means if you couldn't get it within two and half months, you'd better contact China Post immediately.

If you are outside China, you can dial +86 10 11185 to call them. For English service, press 8 after it gets through. Some of the people say they still couldn't get English service after press 8. So, you'd better ask one of your Chinese friends to call it for you.

I asked my Agent to check they only said Dear, we ask post office, these days are shopping festival. Every year may have some kind of delay, they also could not do more, just can send checking request.
