Parcel not received, same status since august

EV986590553CN , my parcel got stuck on “Departed from export office- Guangzhou Baiyun International Apt” since August, how do I know if it was returned or if it’s still in transit ?? PLEASE HELP!!

Hi Germán Soto,

It's in transit and hasn't arrived. It's not normal for it. You need to contact the seller to give you a solution (refund you or send it again to you) as soon as possible.

It has been stuck on airline departure for over 4 weeks now, but on Aliexpress it says it's still in China.
