The business (Skip Brown Cars & Components Ltd) was closed for 2 weeks over Christmas, but opened again at 09:00am on 6 January. Your tracking details says that you tried to deliver at 09:51am on the same day but "no one was available to sign for it". THIS IS NOT TRUE BECAUSE WE WERE HERE and open.
Is your driver going to the wrong address perhaps???

The delivery tracking site says someone tried to deliver the parcel but I have no more info. No info of the delivery in my mailbox or anywhere, + I was at home on april the 14th... What happends?

I really don't know what to do...
