Parcel not received

My tracking number is LZ791309694CN and it’s been more than 1 month but I still have not received it. Can you advise what is happening?

Hi Mit,

It left China on Sep. 12 and is still on the way to Australia now. In most case, e-Packet should reach Australia within a month. But sometimes, it may reach within 50 days. It may be delayed for some reason. Wait another week to see.
