I am contacting you regarding my Ariel AM916117559CN. It said on my PayPal that it was delivered. I want to say it was not. The street has 6 houses, and I have asked them all, no one has it. The parcel would be to large to be posted so it would need to be handed to someone. Therefore a picture taken, and a picture taken if put somewhere safe. Also a card to say placed somewhere safe, I have not had anything. Please contact your U.K. delivery company for proof please. Contact me via email at [email protected] as soon as possible to resolve this issue. I will contact PayPal on the 2/4/2025 to say I have emailed your company.

According to the tracking information, AM916117559CN was delivered on March 4. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in UK. Then, use the number to check with Royal Mail about the address they delivered to. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
