I sent a parcel through Nigeria post office on 14th october,2018. I track the parcel it has not arrived the province but the receiver has also not got the parcel till now. Please help me verify the update where the parcel is.This is the tracking Number: RR054576238NG

It arrived in Langley on Jan. 22uy. I suggest you wait for another ten days to see if you could receive it. If not, contact the seller to reflect the problem and give you a solution.

was notified by Amazon that packet sent through China Post had been delivered to my house on 9/14/2020, AS440717183CN but nothing has shown up on 9/14 or 9/15, the ChinaPostal Tracking states, delivery was successful. Where did the packet go? Confirm the delivery info, and who delivered, UPS, US postal Service. Thank you.

It may be delivered to some other place. In normal, it should be delivered by USPS but it wasn't. You need to contact the seller to give you a solution as soon as possible. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back.

I have contacted by my local post office and was told the postal service do not Carrie or shipping on any items that large nor have they received any items from China for me. I ordered a mini-excavator you told me my mini-excavator was received by me on the 10th of this month of August. Where is my mini-excavator and who is the delivery company delivering my mini-excavator, it's not (USPS) United States Postal Service. WHO IS or WAS THE COMPANY TO DELIVER MY mini excavator? Receive, please give me any and all contact phone numbers or e-mail of the delivery company.

My tracking number UU271608165CN I am still waiting to receive this order I placed on the 20th of September of last year and now I still haven’t received anything I’d like to know what’s going on could you give me the email address and I will email them myself I am fed up waiting I have actually emailed them on a number of occasions and they don’t get back to me thank you

Sorry, we don't know the seller's information. It's sent by using China Post Ordinary Packet Plus which is a cheap service of China Post. China Post doesn't provide tracking service for it after it arrives in UK. So, you can't get more update after Ocober 16. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
