Parcel not moving?

My parcel (EB718901358CN) has been stuck on “ Your item was received by sorting center(ShangHaiShi PDHZ) at 2020-05-14 04:08:03”

Can anyone tell me what’s going on or where it’s at? Thank you.

Hi Jon2387,

It has left China and is in transit to the US now. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives after it was delivered to air transport. Please wait for more days to get update.

Before last month somehow it return then resent and then its not even moving. Sounds like a messy situation.

My parcel LZ007914745CN has not moved since the 16th April when it was apparently at the air transport distribution. I have checked this side with Bpost and they say it is still abroad. I know that China Post have a really poor reputation. I was told I would have it by the 2nd of May and now it is the 6th and it is still not moving.
