Parcel not moved in over 30 days

Why can’t I find out exactly where my parcel is or when it’s likely to arrive or who the carrier (LZ) is it all very confusing

Hi Rachil,

Do you mean the package tracking number starts from LZ? It's sent by e-packet. You need to provide the full tracking number in order to check it for you.

I ask the store and they always answer "be patience you will get it". All of them are in United States since that date but I does not received them. Can you help me please???
