The update shows at custom for almost 3 months now and the seller has left ebay but said it should be shipped. now tracking shows its expired. is it lost forever?

my parcel from Canada mailed Dec 13 2019 and arrived in China Feb 2 2020 and Feb 14 2020 was the last update and it is enroute to Australia it seems to be stuck tracking no. CC233267435CA any answer would help

Tracking CC233267435CA find my parcel you have a terrible postal service and try and improve your service just find my parcel and send it on to Australia I see others complaining too do your job and find it and get it moving poor service
It's not normal. It has been returned back to China in January. You need to contact the seller or open a dispute to get refund.
