Parcel not detected

Hi ordered something and my package was shipped on January 14th through China post and I am trying to track it but it says not found and when I contact my sender he said it’s already shipped so I am not sure what happen to my package, if you can help me with it please. My tracking number is LZ616215164CN

Hi Jigisha Thakur,

There is no tracking information for it at present. Possible reason is the sender just gave you a tracking number but hasn't shipped it.

You'd better contact the seller to confirm for the reason.
