My parcel AT379999125CN has delivered status but I didn’t received it, which company in Portugal is responsible for the deliver?

Hi Patricia,

Correios de Portugal is in charge of delivering it to you. You need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in Portugal. Then, use the number to check with Correios de Portugal about the address they delivered to.
