Parcel not delivered as no one to accept now shows return to business

My parcel has been undelivered twice as the office where it was being sent is closed due to China national holiday. It is now showing return to business ( turn ) Does this mean it is being sent back to me or they will try and deliver it again after the holiday is over on the 7.10.20. My contact is going to try and collect or accept delivery on the 08.10 once his office is open again. Can someone help and explain what is happening or going to happen

Where is the package im trying to return to the business in China? Cc232712025ca is the tracking number im confused as it was out for delivery 8 days ago but has not updated as delivered yet.
Please provide the tracking number in order to check it for you.
