Hello,
My parcel has been stuck at the same location for last 2 weeks, please expedite the shipping.
Can you please also explain why there is a delay in shipping.

Sorry, we could not expedite the shipping for you. You can only wait for more days to see if there is any update. It should be delayed in Guangzhou.

AT107663885CN is my tracking number. 17Track said my parcel was delivered, it wasn't. I live in an apartment, there is no where to leave, any parcel. I get parcels delivered, they either call, or leave a delivery notice. Nothing was left, no neighbors who delivered my parcel. Thank you MaryAnn Zamko
