Parcel not delivered

I have sent a parcel to my son in Jiangyin with tracking number CY905092808DE. When I look on thr status I see "delivered 7-7-2017 at 10.45". However, he received not the parcel. Where is this and when he can expect this?

Yes, it shows: ''2017-07-07 10:43 --China, The shipment has been successfully delivered'' in China Post tracking system.

You'd better let your son call China Post service number 11185 to reflect the problem. They will check it for him.

AT107663885CN is my tracking number. 17Track said my parcel was delivered, it wasn't. I live in an apartment, there is no where to leave, any parcel. I get parcels delivered, they either call, or leave a delivery notice. Nothing was left, no neighbors who delivered my parcel. Thank you MaryAnn Zamko
