Parcel not delivered

Hello, please help me I sent a parcel from the United Kingdom Tracking Number: RU744750072GB and when I track it on China Post it says it has been delivered, however the person the parcel is for tells me they have not received it
Could you please provide me with more information to prove the parcel has been received

Hi, could you help me, please? I supposedly had a parcel delivered but I never got it. How do I find out who delivered it and where? The tracking number is AQ216124652CN. Thank you.

According to the tracking information, AQ216124652CN was delivered on October 26. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

I checked many China Post tracking systems, all show the pacel has been delivered successully to the receiver on May 19th, 2016.
It shows the branch office sent the parcel to the person is Kua Tang Branch. The address in Chinese is:
跨塘支局: 江苏省苏州市吴中区蠡塘路95号
You'd better ask the receive to go there to ask. Or let him call 11185 which the service number of China Post to ask what the problem is.
