Parcel not delivered

Hello,
The tracking number AM460665919CN indicates that the parcel was delivered but it's not been. I was on holiday. It shows as being signed for but there was no one at the address and it is a very large parcel.
Any idea where it is?

Hi SHG,

You need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in UK. Then, use the number to check with Royal Mail about the address they delivered to. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
