Parcel not delivered

It's been two weeks my parcel is not delivered it is in my area in wembley how come I still got my parcel can you please supply me the address where I can go and pickup my parcel in person

Need help located parcels. Both parcels said delivered to each address however nothing has been delivered. Checked security cameras. Parcel 1 was delivered to a Post Office and they have also said nothing was delivered. We have tried to find a contact number as these were expensive parcels. Thanks

Tracking number XCSU001398034BO. It says this parcel was delivered. It was not. This parcel was resent as it was supposedly delivered a month before but again did not arrive. What company was this parcel handed over to for delivery in Christchurch New Zealand? Where is the proof of delivery which is what happens when we receive a parcel?
