hello, please help, my parcell (tracking number UJ865738083CN) still not delevered, this parcel delevered in Frankfurt (2021-01-30 20:15:00;DE Frankfurt), i need delever my parcel at Baden-württemberg (First name: ADAMUR; Last name: ARKANIA; Address 1: Industriestr. 6; Address 2: Inex Group IG70283; Town / City: Ettenheim - Altdorf; State: Baden-württemberg; Country: Germany; Post Code (Zip): 77955; Phone Number: 078224224089

Hi adamur,

It arrived in Frankfurt on Jan.30. It's sent by using China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus which is a cheap service of China Post. China Post doesn't provide tracking service for it after it arrives in Germany. So, you can't get more update after Jan.30. If you couldn't get it in time, contact the seller to give you a solution.

On the shipment tracking status it seys that the goods have been delevered. However, the goods were not delivered to the correct address. What heppens, where is my oreder? Tracking number is WUYOU1111240914. My address is: Zitni trg 1, 21000 Novi Sad, Serbia, Europe.
