Parcel not been delivered say pick up

Hello i ordered my parcel last month and it has still not arrived, it is saying on the tracking website that it is Gb, go out to send
Please can you help me with this, I also look on the map and it is a 4 hour drive to get there.

Hi Ciaran waddell,

If you don't get it in time, you need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in your country. Then, use the number to check with your local post courier about what happens to it.
