Parcel Not arrived on time

Hi,
I have sent a parcel to arrive to Romania within 2 weeks. I have paid an extra fee so it would arrive not longer than within 2 weeks.i have send it on 23 rd november, and today already 16th of december. The tracking number of my parcel is CP316363227CN.
When i am trying to track it it says it left Beijing terminal on 29th november, and this is the last info i have.
Can you help me with some more info?

It left China on Nov. 29 and still in transit to Romania. Do you mean you paid an extra fee and China Post promise you to reach no more than two weeks?
I never heard paying an extra fee could speed up the shipping process for international large package.

China Post charges according to how long tine one needs the package to arrive in the destination country. I have opted for my package to arrive within 15 days. Which it didn't happen. Paid 908 ¥ for 12 kg.

My Tracking : 04175439990, On 20-Nov-2016 The Package has Picked by China Post, But Still there is no Updation on Website.
