Says delivered.
I did NOT receive the parcel .
I want MY money back, what can I do ?

Hi John,

You need to contact the seller to reflect the problem as soon as possible to get a solution. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back.
