Parcel N.O SYRM110865875 Delivered but not received

Hello,
The tracking information on the package SYRM110865875 shows it's delivered but it is never received at the address. The package is shipped by SunYou. As i understood SunYou tracking only works to a certain point, what action could be taken in this case ?

If you don't receive it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.
