PARCEL NO DELIVERED

Hello, my order number is AM078932225CN two days ago it arrived in Portugal, I am waiting for it in Spain, yesterday it said it was leaving for delivery and today it says it has been delivered but I have not received anything, what solution can you give me?

Need help located parcels. Both parcels said delivered to each address however nothing has been delivered. Checked security cameras. Parcel 1 was delivered to a Post Office and they have also said nothing was delivered. We have tried to find a contact number as these were expensive parcels. Thanks

Tracking number XCSU001398034BO. It says this parcel was delivered. It was not. This parcel was resent as it was supposedly delivered a month before but again did not arrive. What company was this parcel handed over to for delivery in Christchurch New Zealand? Where is the proof of delivery which is what happens when we receive a parcel?
