The parcel is in Huacao Post Office Branch in Shanghai City. You can try to contact the office through the following ways:
Address: No. 1046 Wucao Road, Shanghai (In Chinese:吴漕路1046号)

As they couldn't speak English, better let one of your Chinese friends in Shanghai to call it for you. Also, you can call China Post service number 11186 (then 8 for English service）to let them deliver it to your place.
