Parcel marked delivered, but not here -- how to find adressee?

tracking says that my parcel was delivered-- but it is not here, postman hasn't seen anything. Is there any way to find out the address it was shipped to? To be honest, i don't trust the seller anymore... Xie xie, Jens

Hi Jens-Eike,

Sorry, we couldn't know the address it was shipped to. Only the seller could provide you with the shipping details of the package. You can open a dispute to get refund if you don't get it.
