I bought from Aliexpress in 12/2016 and the parcel should send to Israel and until now I didn't recieved it , would you please help and check it for me

It been lost and I tried to talked with seller at Aliexpress not answer and I can't open dispute and i made report to customer service at Aliexpress and they didn't help

In most cases, a package should arrive within two months, if you couldn't get it within two months, you should negotiate with the seller and ask your money back. As your item takes too long time without reaching the destination and you don't reflect your problem to Aliexpress, the system should have confirmed receipt and given your money to the seller. I'm sorry that I couldn't help you in this case.
It left China on Dec. 31, 2017. As half of the year has been passed and you havn't got it, it must be lost on the way. You'd better contact the seller on Aliexpress to ask your money back. Or open a dispute to Aliexpress to get your money.
