It seems (after 40 days) and two other parcels that arrived in the meantime, that my package is lost.
Could you please give me further updates?

Since 4 other parcels did arrive in the meantime I would love that you do a proper report on where my parcel is :-) I paid properly for a safe transport and I am waiting for over 40 days now. I love your service and would hate if I can’t use it ever again because of this matter.

There is no update for EV003734694CN after Nov.24. It's still in transit and hasn't arrived. You'd better wait for more days to get update. Due to the coronavirus, packages are processed slowly.
