Daisy I have dealt with Aliexpress for 4 years and I get an email from AusPost the minute my parcels are unloaded from the plane and arrive at customs, it does NOT take 10-25 days for the plane to get to Australia, it doesnt even take that long for a sea container by ship. It takes an average of 10 hours from China to Australia and then another couple of hours for parcels to get to our customs where I am notified of its arrival

It should have left China and there will be further update when it arrives in Australia. This usually takes about 10-25 days.

It arrives in Sydney on Nov. 29 but returned back to China now. You'd better contact the seller to reflect the problem and give you a solution.
