My parcel keeps getting returned! It has been returned 4 times now and at this rate I'll never receive my package!
I contacted the seller and he said the post office didn't give him a valid answer and that he can't solve my problem, and when I try to call +86 10 11185 and press 8 for English, they're still speaking mandarin? Do they not take English inquiries?? What do I do?
