Parcel is stuck in BeijingCity post office from 2019-10-03 CP235398274PL

Hello,

My package CP235398274PL is stuck somewhere. Delivery attempt was 2019-05-15. So it is almost 1 year package is somewhere in China. Last status is from 2019-10-03: EME BeijingCity
From FAQ I see that in case if delivery failed "it will be returned back to the sender after two weeks." but it was't
Can it be sent to the sender back? (to Poland)?
Pleas help, because i'm waiting for this almost 1 year

Hi Roman,

It's planned to return back to Poland in August, but it may returned back to China again may because of the address problem. The last tracking information shows it's retained at the Beijing customs on October 3, 2019. As no one contact them to get it, it should have destroyed or deal it with other ways.

Hello. How much longer for those packages to arrive to me, because there are not moving from China in almost 20 days (it seems to be constantly coming back in BeijingCity). Probably I will cancel the order.

according to tracking info my package stuck at Beijing almost a month time. they trying to send it,but it keeps returning for some security reasons. package contains billiard accessories -couple cue tips and cue extension,nothing to be aware. will I ever get my package? why it wont returning then to seller if there's any problem?
