Parcel is stuck at handed over to airline for 2 months now

My parcel S00000236268220 has been stuck at "handed over to airline" for over 60 days .can anybody help?

Hi Areeba,

It's sent by Cainiao Express. There is no update for it after Nov.18. It's not normal for it. You need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.
