Hi, my parcel is stuck in Xi'an for more than 15 days . Even from 24th Dec it is not showing any movement. Previously never ever happened this, that it took such a long time to driver. Can I go an collect it in my behalf, if there is any issue. My tracking numb is EB015572013PK. My contact number is 15686218664

Hi,

The seller has shipped my parcel (CP408554960CN) in June. It’s a surface parcel, and the status has been stuck at “sent to airline” for a month. The destination of this parcel is Norway.

Can I check when can I expect to receive it?
