My parcel has been sitting in Sunbury sorting centre for 4 months, l would like to know y and when it will be sent,

It’s not the sellers fault, the item arrived from China to Sunbury in 4 days and it’s been sitting in Sunbury for the last four months it is the fault of China post sorting centre au.

What's the tracking number? No matter whose fault, if you couldn't receive it in time, the seller should refund you. The seller could ask for compensation from China Post.

It's not normal for it. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back.
