Hello, my parcel tracking number RV204346847CN seems to be travelling in a loop. Please clarify, why is the parcel being returned and what can I do about it. Please see below for your reference, this has been happening since 21/10/2019

Hi , I ve the same problem. RV218104899CN, asked our post service they told that they didn't received any parcel. Its seems there are problems in china customs

It couldn't pass the customs' check. You'd better contact the seller to give you a solution if you couldn't receive it within the promised time.

Desde el mes de octubre mis envíos dicen salida de la aerolínea, hoy después de 68 días permanecen en la misma situación, le ruego por favor, me ayude a solucionar mi problema, pues los mismos no han llegado al país de destino Cuba. He confiado en este tipo de compra online, pero estoy muy decepcionada con el servicio de correos, no sé a quien corresponde la demora, pero como usted comprenderá es inadmisible que esti suceda.
